The time slot you book for is to see Father Christmas. You can access the farm park anytime from 9:30am on the date you visit.

Experience a magical festive adventure on selected dates in December, as the yuletide cheer of the North Pole takes over the farm.

• Meet Father Christmas and enjoy an enchanted festive group story with him.

• Visit Father Christmas’ Toy Store and pick your own gift

• Choose and make your very own bear in our Make a Bear Workshop

• NEW FOR 2026 - Visit the North Pole Post Office to write a magial letter to Father Christmas and make some Reindeer food to take home ready for Christmas Eve.

• NEW FOR 2026: Get ready to get funky with Whiff and Reeky and fight the bad guy to save Christmas at our brand-new show, The Super Sprouts.

• NEW FOR 2026: Make an extra special visit to the Elves Workshop as they open their doors and let you become honorary helpers to help them get ready for Christmas. 

• Decorate gingerbread with Mother Christmas

• Visit the Alpine village
