You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. You may make a note of this number and take it with you when you visit the attraction in place of a ticket, although we suggest printing out the email as this will contain a barcode which will grant you quicker access.
Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations.
Tickets are only transferable to an alternative date or time if you contact Mead Open Farm Ltd directly on 01525 852 954 at least 48 hours before the date you originally booked to visit which appears on your booking confirmation. We cannot guarantee that we can change the date of your visit but we will make reasonable efforts to do so as long as you contact us more than 48 hours before your scheduled visit date.
On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and booking reference number. Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number, or if your email is on a smartphone, you can use that to show your ticket booking confirmation.
You do not have to print out the 8 digit booking reference – simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take it with you, with some ID.
Mead Open Farm is open daily from 10am-6.00pm with last entry at 5.00pm (closed 25th, 26th Dec and 1st Jan, early closing on 31st Dec). If you have booked a ticket for a timed event, such as Magic of Christmas, you must arrive at least 20 minutes before your booked time slot (Be aware you will also need to allow time to complete the other experiences included on your ticket). Please report to the Entrance Ticket Desk with your ticket and we will direct you to the activity. Each session will start promptly and unfortunately we cannot wait for late arrivals.
