Your commitment to us

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Mead Open Farm Ltd and yourself.

No contract exists between you and Mead Open Farm Ltd for the sale of any tickets until we have received and accepted your order and received payment in full. Once cleared funds are received, there is a binding contract between us.

Prices

The description and price of tickets you order will be shown on Mead Open Farm Ltd website at the time you place your order.  Prices are in UK Sterling and inclusive of any applicable taxes - there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.

Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice. We accept most major credit and debit cards in partnership with our payment gateway.

Online Security

To ensure that your online shopping experience is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted on a secure server to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet.

Please also read our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy for further information on the protection of your data supplied to us in the course of using or transacting via our website.

Limitation of Liability

Mead Open Farm’s total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.

The limitation on any exclusion from liability contained in these conditions shall be subject to the provisions of second 2(1) of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

Mead Open Farm Ltd will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet and Communication outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.

Severance

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

Refunds and Cancellations

Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations.

Tickets are only transferable to an alternative date or time if you contact Mead Open Farm directly at info@meadopenfarm.co.uk. Tickets and Order changes are subject to times and avalibilty. Some ticket types do carry an additonal administative charge. We cannot guarantee that we can change the date of your visit but we will make reasonable efforts to do.

Flexi-Plus Tickets

To request a refund please email info@meadopenfarm.co.uk during the event period refunds may take up to *14 working days* to be processed and show in your account.

If the request is within 7 working days of your booking, on the day of your booking or after the event has passed please contact info@meadopenfarm.co.uk, where we can amend the booking however an administrative fee will be charged.

Please note you can’t add the Flexi Plus option to existing tickets purchased.

1)     A Flexi ticket means you can cancel your tickets for a full refund. This must be requested no later than 7 working days before the date of the booking.

2)     Refunds are valid from the point of sale to 7 working days before the event.

3)     All refunds must be requested in writing to info@meadopenfarm.co.uk

4)     Refunds cannot be issued after the event has passed.

5)     Refunds may take up to 14 working days to be processed and show in your account.

6)     Dates and times are subject to availability.

7)     You are able to change your booking as many times as needed between the point of purchase and 7 working days before the event booked. Anything outside these parameters may incur an administrative charge.

8)     Flexi plus Tickets purchased and not used for the event can not be refunded or re-used for another event.

9)     Mead Open Farm Management reserve the right to withhold any refund payment in cases of fraudulent or payment misuse.

Online Booking

Once purchased online tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold.  We reserve the right to refuse entry to late arrivals.

Any discounts or offers online are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person.

Prices are correct at time of going to press and are subject to change without notification.

Using your Online Ticket to Mead Open Farm

Please print your ticket or make a note of the Booking Reference Number and bring it with you as proof of purchase, as well as the debit/credit card you used for the online transaction. The barcode must be printed and legible or if you don’t have a printer, simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number, or if your email is on a smartphone, you can use that to show your ticket booking confirmation.

Please allow 24 hours before coming to Mead Open Farm Ltd and presenting your DigiTicket.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult to be permitted entry to Mead Open Farm.

Annual Membership

Purchase of an Annual Membership through this website gives the Member entry into Mead Open Farm Ltd for one year from the date of purchase of the Membership. Activation will occur on the presentation of your Booking Confirmation reference number or print-out at the Mead Open Farm entrance. On activation, you will be provided with a digital Membership card.

Soft Play

Soft play is on a first come first serve basis. Mead Open Farm reserve the right to close and re-open our soft paly area without prior notice, while at management’s discretion. All children and adults using the soft play area are required to wear socks at all times. Customers wishing to use any of the slides within our soft play area will need to be wearing suitable clothes and have their arms and legs covered. All rules and guidance for each play equipment can be found in our soft play areas.   

Company Purchases

Should this purchase be made by a business, please accept this booking confirmation as a VAT Receipt.  VAT at 20% has been included in the prices charged.

Special Offers / Discounts 

Mead Open Farm may offer discounts or provide special offers for the purchase of products and ticketed events. This may also be the case when the price paid may have been more.

Offers and discounts are always granted at Mead Open Farms discretion.

Depending on the case, discounts or offers shall be valid for a limited time only or while stocks or ticket availability lasts.
